I agree, I don't really like this re-imagining of Mega Man, a lot is lost and I don't think that I would recognize him as Mega Man if you didn't mention it. Right now it feels like you need to spend some time defining all the shapes. Like the cape, the gloves etc. Decide which elements that might be better of being created… -

Yeah the feathers makes it seems like a normal-sized club, mainly because it doesn't feel like the birds would be huge as well. Regarding the sculpting , really nice work defining the wood. Here's my process: Silo (2 beta): -block out the organic forms, add cuts to define the shape. -sculpt out the form. -sub-d model the mechanical parts. -Retop over the hipoly stuff, pull faces from the hipoly mesh's base to speed up the process. WOW, Glad I could help so many people feel good about simplicity. I got past this part. Thanks to you who helped rather than RUB it in...:P Have not had problems since. I'm actually finally on track now after adjusting to how the game play works. Not the smoothest game graphically but its definally kept my interest alive… -
