I have recently been testing substance painter 2 and it can handle pretty high poly meshes. You could try to texture there and render in toolbag 2 which can handle high poly as well here is my workflow and result> In this personal project I tried to make another approach at high poly texturing and rendering. I used Zbrush…

Polygons could be many things. It could be a triangle (3 edges), a quad (4 edges)... a polygon could have 139 edges if you wanted to. Phrasing the question like that is like asing "should you count Dogs or German Shepherds?". Never choose. If they tell you they want the model to be 500 polygons and they meant 500…
I think what you want is decal projection mapping. Here's an example in the game Trackmania 2, skip to around 2:10 https://youtu.be/CkH5ECGgzig?list=PL5_4wSZ-XuFwIiouoaD2Pf_isVMFiBQdB&t=136
OK, now I get it...... It's a memory issue. My GPU card have 3GB memory, and to bake it the blender needed 13GB...... WOW, I just changed to CPU render, and it WORKED!
For a while I was struggling to get decent grass physics but today I feel this is reasonably decent. This is by no means perfect but it's a start, though a bit of a hack job. Getting used to Physx in UE4 was a pain... and with no softbody support at the moment which makes things a bit trickier! [vv]137687641[/vv]
Jurassic Park can never get out-done. Seriously if Friday the 13th and Halloween, Nightmare on Elm Street could get 10 sequels...I say so can JP. It sure beats the fuck out of another Transformers, Twilight movie...
