I'm not familiar with Microsoft's product in particular -- can you turn off the real-time system protection? I'm pretty sure that control is separate from the firewall (if you're using the associated one) and at least then we can be sure.
It's a texture being stretched along a path, so yes, quite similar to Illustrator's art brush, although that one uses vectors as its input. Would be easy to code if only PS' brushes-system was extendable, but sadly that's not the case :)
I know what you mean. I've just ordered a 1GB FirePro v4800 (which isn't that much more than the 3800s btw) and that will complete my system that's taken about 5 months to Build, well, afford.
^ ^ I actually really like the Art Style. It's kind of like WoW, in that it's embracing an art style that can be played on low system settings, rather than shooting for something ridiculously high, only to have it run like a slideshow.
Wait, really? That seems like an inefficient system, especially when you run into problems like these. Installing drivers is a godsend. But I guess Apple has their reasons. Disregard what I said, then, and good luck with your problem!
That's something I should actually specify; I'm more interested in programming in so far as it involves technical art. Stuff like shaders, particle effects, procedural models, etc. Not so much coding a climbing system in Unity.
IQ is trash. Trying to measure one of the most complex systems know to man with a single fucking number. Dumb as shit. It's also used by race science IDW scumbags all the time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8wcSSLo9TIs
Try this: Click on the max button > manage > asset tracking. A new window appears, click "Bitmap Performance and Memory" > "Global Settings..." and Disable the Proxy System, click "OK, Generate Proxies Later" and restart Max. That might fix it.
Thanks man, you can upload by dropbox or another sharefile system, dont use mega cause it has bugs. Hope to see your work soon, i will PM you later on for something that you may be interested.
so i heard people like mudo because it has a smooth and flowy modeling, with hotkeys and customosation. this sounds very fammiliar to blenders's system as it is too hotkeying and customolations. does anyone know the major diffrences? thx alot
