You are going to high in subdivisions too fast. Work low and get the shape and form down first then step up in divisions. That will get rid of your lumpy model.
first try at texturing the damn thing. Not happy with it, but it's a first step atleast. I basically just used the ambient map as a base and hand painted the albedo/spec/gloss.
I have this plugin... it's REAL handy. The only reason I have to do this long step is because FBX Exporter from Zbrush to Modo, the model is too small.
Wip going, next step is to make a big cliff. Paintovers, advices to lightning and color would be more than appreciated. Its looks like 50 % of enviro is finished.
Made what I feel was alot of progress today and steps in the right direction, already I'm surprised myself at how much I changed compared to earlier today!
