The picture seems to be pasted from your gmail account. This doesn't work. You must upload the image to a picture host such as http://www.imgur.com, then copy the image link and paste it here. -

Just a heads up if you plan to use it for higher res images, I used photobucket before but changed to imgur cause photobucket resizes your images, horrible compression. -

You should be able to post images fine - just upload them to some image hosting service and add a picture using the quick edit button above the reply field.
