playing around with the FOV and Focal length to try and get the scenes perspective to look more like the original reference Left image is with a FoV of 28 and the right image has an FoV of 35
Can you post some images showing the Material setup? Maybe it's using a Opacity texture, or the mesh is somehow destroyed? Hard to tell what's happening with just these two images.
What!? An invitation to post porn, and NOTHING?! Ah, well. Off to Google Images. But anyway, This is my background taken from the website doctormacro.com. It's an image of Dorothy Sebastian and someone else.
Well if people put up images then surely it should go here. In any case I'd love to see some images cos the forum is seriously lacking in badass swords :)
I tried this. It doesn's solve the problem. I noticed that removing the background image sloves the problem. But I remember that this had happened in the past even without a background image. Weird...
MegaScans is a image collection, I thought it was software ? It will be free for all Quixel members, from what I've read in some of the 67 posts, you'll have to pay for each image ?
Hey, this is a great start. I added attribution for the concept in your OP. You can easily find the source for most images if you use Google's "search by image" tool.
Does pintrest require a request to get on? I just signed up? I love it, no more saving images to a folder and you have the source of the images: http://pinterest.com/tottotpin/
the nvidia texture tools let you edit mips in photoshop. it's kind of obtuse (mostly since there arent any image formats that support multires images), but it should be possible to do it there.
Just create a particle system that fits your needs, set-up a camera and render a image sequence from the camera view. Then you can apply this sequence to a image-plane.
