It's the silhouette. The WoW male has a very human outline. Yours has too many straight edges. Kinda like comparing an action figure to a lego man. -

if you mention all assets belong to epic you could put it in there... but I don't see why you would want to... Its not impressive that you can put lego pieces together. -

this is looking great! personally I would add more strands and layers into the hair to give a bit more depth. I think if you keep it as one shell it tends to look like lego hair -

low poly, this is not. is it really based on a sword? looks like lego. My advice is to do a few maya tutorials in low poly modelling, really find out the difference between nurbs, quads and so on.
