Whenever your geo. isn't smoothing properly it's usually one of these things: Unmerged verts floating verts double faces hole in geo. reversed normals on adjacent face(s) hidden face(s) inside geo. (not hollow) Hope that help with future trouble shooting.
Hi NegevPro, thanks for the feedback, yeah d light seems to play a huge impact even on a temp setting. So here is my current progress: 10/15/2013 Not too sure with the wall color just yet, might change to another color in the future~
This is my 1st outdoor map try in UDK. So, if you find me doing something in a wrong way or if there is a better way, plz do suggest in future. Question to UDK Experts: 1. How Can we paint texture with slope angle , Can we ?
Bingo ^ Ask for advice. Get advice. Consider advice. Also consider that advice given by students is going to lack perspective and experience. Then.... Stop thinking about the future, and focus on the work right now. The loop stops there, at least until you've got some work finished.
It is quite brilliant. I thought I was in some sort of wonderful Zdream when I first saw it. It runs as a floater 'kind of' within ZB. Still in beta, but some great features and a bright future/fast update dev process. Free to try with a few limitations.
Some more renders: Had fun with project, learnt a lot during the process and I hope to reflect this onto my future projects. Again, I'm open to feedback that I can put forward to improve my work! Now to focus on my Dissertation for a bit :/
Hello dudes! Finally this piece went to print, so I can share some stuff about it. It's based on a design by Calum Watt and it's 3D printed by Industria Mechanika. Definitely learnt a lot about modeling fo 3D printing, willing to do more in the future :)
Hello there calling this one done :) . Learnt a lot with this piece , and really enjoyed it. Might do more of these in the futur. hope you like it even if it's not real time (sorry about it) ! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z4b-dum-kds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N3UXsgUDeak
My real passion is in making 3D illustrations. But I know that's out of my league for now and they are more plans for in the future. For now I wanna get into a game company that has enough modeling work for me and where I can become a better 3D artist.
My whole issue with the game aside from the repetativeness and horse riding was every time I was about to get into it and have fun they stopped me from playing and decided to talk about nothing I care about in the future. Really hope that is a lot less frequent.
