Found it! It's called "Advanced Paint" and it's a script someone wrote. You can find it here (Site is in Russian, but the program is in English). This spaces it evenly and aligns it to the normal of the surface. -

Vig, I downloaded the soulburn scripts, is that what you mean?.. and I found an object replacer but it didn't seem to work, it didn't copy any UV information -
