simply awsome ! one pernickety thing tho.. the armour plating (on the shoulders at least) is layered the wrong way it should be layerd opposatly to how you have it.. its meant to stop the sword from sliding up wherease on yours it wouldnt be stoped.. But thats just me being relly silly now! this is a great peice of work!…

Thanks guys! ImSlightlyBored- yes very true although it is very usefull when you are creating say hundreds of planets for example... time saved over resources used i think wins in that situation. It can also make it easier for a non artist to edit and place new planets in game. But i do get your niggle. Jody

Hi all, quick question... (iv looked all over and cant find an answer) I have a character model with 3 textures (1 head, 2 body, 3 legs) the problem is when I render to texture max creates one texture with all the ID sets overlapping.. can I make max create 3 textures one for each material ID ? Another day, another sketch. I mentioned in the last post about be uncomfortable about the area north of the nose, so I focused really hard to incorporate it into this sculpt. I think that the head is too narrow - still trying :) *Reference used was of Hedy Lamarr (actress).
Hi guys im looking to upgrade soon as iv been doing a lot more high poly work and im wondering what would be better to upgrade first? memory.. cpu... GFX card.. anyone have any ideas on this? Im thinking memory but not too sure about it. Jody
