I think the paintover with the hair in your initial post is instantly recognizable as a female even if i agree that the neck looks abit wide. Straighter forelegs in the initial design were better. Could thin them down or have thickness variation, your sketch is hard to read because it go so many parts in it, the blockout is better because you can focus on the big shapes. What's your target style? Are you going for Elysium / Oblivion style or something more low… -

I am intrigued by what you propose. I don't think they used a soft brush, although that was my initial thinking, because it is far too clean--unless they used a selection and/or mask. Yeah I read somewhere that Dynamesh is for low detail stuff, right? To be honest, even though I've sorted my initial problem, I might just re-start so I don't do this screw-up again. Learning and all that. :P The 28 million but is all one subtool, and there's another subtool which I haven't sculpted yet. -

You could try beveling. Just offset the center to 1 or -1 to preserve the initial edge range, and switch it over to use SI units instead of being relative. I don't think the width ends up being completely the same, but to the naked eye it looks pretty close. I also wouldn't be surprised if this would be simple to set up in… -
