@pmiller001: I think it's the pattern that gets too repetitive when I pull up the number of tiles so high. Though I also think this specific angle (with the hard, dark shadows next to the thin tiles) contributes to bringing the pattern's repetitiveness out more. Thank you for your feedback! -

pmiller001 Thank you for the feedback! It was my first attempt using Zbrush so creating a clean mesh was something I struggled with. I will make sure to research and practice more to avoid that in future projects :) -

Thanks for the compliments guys! Messed with the low poly a little bit more...found a few hidden bits from the high poly hiding in the mesh. After removing those and optimizing a little bit I dropped 5k tris. Also added another couple loops to the gas tank to round out the silhouette...it was noticeably faceted in "first… -
