@Eric Chadwick , Awesome, nice work tracking down the cause :) Yes, please rename my account back to "Dan Powell", thanks! :) I'll disconnect my Twitter and not use it to log in. Cheers
Ah the modifier when you use my script is basically just an edit poly modifier that renamed by the script into 'nGon solver', for identifier location on the stack and to remove when user uncheck the option.

You may want to consider not storing metadata in file names at all. Instead use GUIDs and associate those to a database containing all your metadata. As you’ve found, trying to store data in filenames will inevitably get unwieldy at scale. So don’t. This solves your UX problem since you’re not letting users rename things…
Try this: Exit 3ds Max. Rename this folder: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2015 - 64bit Start 3ds Max. If that doesn't work, then you'll need to re-install the product.

I can't seem to find the blend node instance in SD5? Any idea if they renamed it or am I just blind. I'm not talking about the greyscale blend node but the one that was in SD4 :) Thanx in advance
one other hickup i ran into a bit ago is a checkbox i was using called "fast update" in the advanced parameters. it shuts all the blends off. that shit needs to be renamed or have a quick descriptor
No I haven't. I did rename and delete the old prefs folder, and reset settings to default within maya, but it still gives me this message. Everything was working perfectly until it crashed and that showed up..
