If anything a GT 520. GTS 450 might destroy your power supply... Up to you really. If I were you I would save up for building a better PC, prices usually drop after christmas because of newer tech releases.
i used to have 3ds max 8 as student edition, its way cheaper (around 120 euro) and you can use it for 2 years if youre a student. just not for comercial use. 3dtotal is affiliated with DW too as far as i know. - Rick.
I did what MachineMinded told me to do. The tricount is at 320. Thank you. I am close to calling the model done. I don't think I am going to make the textures for it. I'll have my texture artist do it or something.

I played a bit of Allods Online, although I typically never play f2p games, I was very intrigued by the artwork of Allods. Once I jumped in game, it was even better, extremely polished and very clean. Congratulations and fantastic work, seriously inspirational. <3
Thats a tragedy..it definitely makes me wonder about some of the raised roadways around here that are under constant scrutiny by both the government and the media. I hope this never happens to the viaduct or 520 bridge, because I'm sure the resulting casualties would be even higher.

I have a pretty complex (420+ instructions) water material that is reflecting the rest of the scene using a screen capture actor. it displays fine in viewport and when playing in editor but doesnt capture properly with the tiledshot command. anyone had this issue before? i've upgraded to the latest version (feb) of UDK.…
