Go with a Geforce. A lot new stuff is coming with Cuda and RTX so AMD is no option for us here. A Geforce 2070 or 2080Ti would be my choice. -

lame in the uk its £190 but in canada its $170, £190 = $289 so thats a $120 dollar markup for no reason as its still just a download :( -

Your render resolution is much too low - 0x0 isn't a presentable size. I suggest you pump it up a bit, try rendering in 1024x1024?
