This isn't really helping anyone that's already in, but you never know, it might help someone who's considering their education. $130,000 is an immense amount of money - I've been trying recently to dissuade my girlfriend from starting a university course (tourism industry) over here where the fees alone will be £36,000…
@KartoonHead: I totally agree, that handle is not working well enough,I came to the same conclusion just after I posted here the last reply,to hold the handle as it is for now you'll have to keep you left hand rotated at 135° counterclockwise (if you start with an hand with the palm facing the bottom) wich seems very…
Yeah, it got slow again, at one point it was around 700 and I averaged 5 seconds per thread, now it's back to 1300 peeps and I'm averaging 30 seconds per thread.
It appears that I still have more to learn. While the code works on my small sample scene it is not working on the master scene. The following is my code: select $Tile_*GTiles = $ as Array--print GTilesnumfaces = $WAVE.GetNumFaces()--print numfacesSTime = 0--clearselection()for t = 0 to 132 do( sliderTime = STime for x = 1…

If not, documenting it would be great. Diminishing returns. You can only create lower LOD steps before they use more memory than not using them at…
I like it but yeah it is damn slow. And i'm running a 120mb/s down 25mb/s up connection here. Doesn't only go for the images but also if you want to enlarge them. I'd also check your resume a bit. Not the content but the layout. You can just put the pdf and doc for download as is it's now showing twice per type what kind…
i'm halfway there with the hairstyle, kept some fibermesh where possible. it's about 13k triangles right now plus the rather unreal specific splines. aiming for 20k when finished. also a test for screen to gif. very nifty app:
I know what the issue with the shading is, for some reason my max has a bug where when I select different materials in the Xoliul hsader it changes the lighting order in other materials which is annoying. I have set them back to the correct order and it seems to have sorted it. Perhaps I need to rethink my lighting…
