You don't need IMG tags for this forum. You just need the URL of the image, click the Attach Image/File button ( ), then paste the URL in there. What program are you rendering in (Maya 2015?). It would also help to show a reference photo of what you're trying to achieve. Posting this info helps people help you.
Thanks guys! I am working on the raygun atm. (WIP) I will add some engravings (stars, planets, aliens etc.) near the button to give it more appeal, it looks kinda boring atm. And then i will go for those edgeloops, thanks Hollander! Ohh and yes I think I must change the holster to fit this gun. ;)
Hello again, I did a bit more work but I realised I was just noodling around and redoing the same stuff over and over. Namely the face. I took the buttons off for now as they were the wrong sort. Are the arms too long now? I will keep working on it but I'm a little lost on what to do next
Nice site, looks very swanky! Characters look well modelled and seem consistent in style. Textures look a bit plain and don't really pop, though it may be a case of rendering method. Is this realtime or software? @ JMYoung The middle mouse button can allow vertical and horizontal scrolling, doesn't take much effort for one…
heyho, i could use a bit help of you polycounters I m thinking about adding a difficulti setting. seems people have problems with the speed. on the other hand a lot of people say the difficulti is wat makes the game fun. What I'll add is a skip-level button as this turns into some kind of standard anyway
sorry for all the trouble guys :\ @r_fletch_r I thought that was how it was suppose to be done, guess I read some bad information then; the internet is full of bad information anyway :\ alright so, I got through everything you said just fine until the paste step, that doesn't it never becomes a valid button to click
Sharing some UI while CS:GO updates :D ~ I was going to add a Messages tab, occasionally a player could get enough signal to receive and send messages, but I found it to be too tertiary to the gameplay, so I just added a discrete plus button for a dropdown menu of sorts, and kept the two main things in focus.
it's kinda sad to see so many dimensional details details being baked to a completely flat surface. i dunno what polycount would such prop have in a modern game but i think it wouldn't hurt to at least add some extrusion to the panel with buttons. and maybe model that cavity below it and turn lyre into a plane with alpha?
You could download AutoHotkey which will give you a similar functionality as UE4's material editor, where you can hold a button down and click your mouse to create nodes. For example, holding L + left click will create a Levels node. You have to set up all the custom hotkeys yourself, though.
I got a email the other day with a similar request but with reference to Blender where something like that is available as well. Funny how I once had this idea before: But I guess a very primitive single copy and paste button will do for a quad or face basis. related thread:…
