Definately a fun concept, and a solid start to the mesh. One thing to keep in mind with orcs especially is nothing is perfect. the legs are backwards, rather literally. compare it with the loomis "ideal male" the entire character is blobby and fuzzy. lowpoly model, normal map, diffuse etc. it looks like you've used a 256² or even a 128² and scaled it waaay up. yes. it's important that you know how to work with normal maps, how to bake highpolies,… -

Oh god I just threw up in my mouth a little bit. It's almost 6k tris?!?!?!?! That's as much as a character in a lot of games. In my opinion the asset is just way too small to be that high. Moosey_G: its 400k because it going to be used for the Normal map not ingame the low-poly is at around 800 polys. The villlage enviroment im kinda going for is the map Laguna Presa from battlefield Bad Company 2 just with my own style added in.
