I think you need to fix the " EDGE BLEED". Go to: Windows menu ( in the main toolbar) -> Preferences-> Paint. Click on the PAINT rollout and find "EDGE BLEED". In mudbox 2016 the value is set to 4 ( if not mistaken). Reduce the value... it should help.
Hey gboucher! All you'll need to do is run the Suite when an update is released. I always post release updates here on the forum, and you can use the main Suite toolbar to also check the version you're currently running.
Seperating the elements into new Objects? I have two tools in my toolbar, one will take your selection and make them all into 1 EditablePoly Mesh, and another Element to Object, will break the elements into their own named objects with their pivots centered.
google.com/ig if you sign up there and have the google toolbar, all your bookmarks will follow you around. I set up my page to also have a ton of rss feeds, that I can browse on any computer im at.
In the customize UI options you can drag them into a toolbar aswell or hotkey them (category "Poly Tools"). Just saying because I find them incredible usefull ;) You need to be in one of the Editable Poly submodes to activate the floater though.
You should see if you can embed the images directly in your posts. Right now, we have to download manually them one-by-one before we can see them. Look for the "Attach Image/File" button in the editing toolbar.
It sounds like you may have clicked on the Window/Crossing button on the top toolbar. It looks like my attached file. Click it again and the black circle in the middle should move along right edge of the box and everything should be back to normal.
Why do companies nowadays think it's innovative and count a complete UI change as a "feature"? I'm just now getting used to some of the shit on CS2 (I moved from PS6 to CS1 to CS2), and then they go and completely change the toolbars around! WTF!
You're going to have to post the direct link to the image here. Enclose it in [ IMG ] tags so it shows up in the thread - use the "Insert Image" button, should be in the toolbar just above the text field when you edit or make a new post.
Hi everyone! I had same issue. To fix it you need to select the BRUSH tool in the toolbar on the left side of the window. I think I accidentally pressed a hotkey to switch to the smudge tool and this was a problem. I hope I could help =)
