u could try out meshlab for that, just export the subdiv level2 and then reduce it to like 60k in there... it really does a great job on that! though it will be triangulated afterwards... -

Thanks CybranM. It will evolve in the future but the base is here, and I'm happy it does not cripple the framerate. Technicaly speaking, the goal is to maxout the game, 60fs, with an i5 + GTX970. -

Don't bother with that! Pick up a good reference photo or texture, and copy it. It's all in your eye! Great example Suffeli. It's like, an organic texturing 101!
