working on an english matchlock, would love some feedback over in my thread if you have the time! http://polycount.com/discussion/166199/matchlock-musket
Hello again, my update will be a short one. This week, I was tasked with creating a simple musket rack. Textured: Mesh: Nothing too complicated. Next week will be revising my previous tasks (such as trees)
I recently designed this character to go with the flintlock I created. The style was inspired by the BBC Musketeers series. This is my current progress on the 3D version, any feedback is much appreciated.
It looks like it could be some kind of middle eastern or Indian kind of rifle. Maybe start with looking up Jezail or kabyle muskets if you want a jumping off point for potentially finding out more about it.
Nice collection. I'm down to two 12 gauge shotguns (pump and an auto) and a rifle. I still try to get some skeet shooting practice in now and then. Every now and then I get to a black powder group range, but I use someone else's musket.
Looking for suggestions/crits about the Musket I am currently working on, playing around with normal maps before going on to diffuse texturing. For anyone interested there are a few more shots here: http://forums.miriscus.com/index.php/topic,1148.0.html
Wow, this is amazing. Great choice of item. Its like a musket had sex with a shotgun and birthed a mutant life-ruiner. Cant wait to see the bake! The back of the grip looks kinda like dragon-skin (the kevlar body armour that they are developing atm) Looks really "mean", youve nailed the concept.
you should put this in your colonial level as an easter egg or something. I think about going back in time and having machine guns and smart bombs a lot so at least I would think it would be rad to own a batallion of musketeers with a banshee
This is my first set. Thank you for the feedback, I reduced the size of the shell. But I maintained the overall bulky silhouette from my original idea. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=180530774 And this is a musket for the Sniper http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=181288328
