Blender works pretty well for retopo on its own, but with RetopoFlow (71 USD) it's crazy fast! I would advise against trying to sculpt the wool in detail. Things like that a better left in subtlety in the sculpt. I would also look at these tutorials on how you can get it looking softer at the low poly phase. http://www.polycount.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1965863&postcount=71… -

IGN review was way too overly negative, most other sites like gametrailers and eurogamer are sticking with around 8/10. 1ups review is pretty laughable, apparently 2.5/10. Metacritics got it at 71/100 right now aswell. Looking forward to just oogling the character models but gotta wait for psn to come back online :( looks… -

The idea is cool, but iterate it further to be more practical. Trust me when I say that the coolest looking stuff is usually practical. Like the SR-71 and the AK47: those are all totally practical designs built for their purpose and nothing else. Looking cool was a total accident. -
