Looks like you started the figure at too high a rez. Go from super low and work up. You can use an app like daz to check your proportions and even make orthograpic images for front, side etc. you can use these images as ref picks around your figure.

All you need is the image posted somewhere, then you click Insert Image (little picture of mountain with a sun) in the forum message posting, then just copy the full url from your image and past it into the box for Insert Image.
When you are posting there is a button (yellow one) to insert image. Go to your artstation and right click the image you want to post. You should have a "copy image url" Paste that url into the insert image box.
