Where do you work? I'd like to know which studio would allow staff to speak to people like that, at that volume and at that length with such language. I suspect you won't be employed for long if you behaved like that. There are other ways to deal with situations like that.
Changing the staff more, looks like a coupled i saw online and I don't like it that is similar to others. I wanted to do something like the poros, so i did lil penguins XDXD anyway wip, hope you guys like it
jackets like trenchcoats have belts/belt loops. I'm not sure about a military jacket like that, does seem kind of out of place. doesn't seem to me like someone with a gut like that would do up that belt to make it more obvious
i like the cloth. The whole character feels like it is stretched vertically. Like especially around the chest and shoulders. There's a weird triangle shape across the peck, that could be interesting if it was worked up a little more. Right now it just looks like incorrect musculature.
Thanks, the face is supposed to have no further information like that by it's nature. I thought about making the bottom of the bust clean cut after seen some references, but I arbitrarily left it like that. I'd like to use something like this marble texture for the plinth:
One potential clue… a path tracer like iray never uses a prebaked ambient occlusion texture. Instead they calculate occlusion dynamically. It looks like that groove is very shallow, so it would not occlude light rays as dramatically as in your ao texture.
Game art is a commodity, you get paid to make stuff for someone else. Lots of restrictions. It’s a craft. Make art for you, on your own time. Carry a sketchbook, keep making the art you really like, for yourself. No restrictions! It’s art. Bah-dum, tish!
