Totally agreed, since Capcom changed the style of gameplay I stopped being a fan, I mean whatever happened to the likes of RE2, that game was awesome on so many levels.
Some, not all. Capcom is a prime example of a Japanese dev that Is focused on it's Western audience yet still manages to sell extremely well to the eastern audience. Then you have Kojima and co.
I'm quite fond of Strider (double helix/capcom). Some might dismiss its more simplistic look but I find it effective, it's very cohesive and captures the kinetic energy of the game.
I can't be too specific unfortunately but at this point, pretty much every AAA studio has either a bunch of SD/SP licenses or at least a will to evaluate. Publisher wise, the biggest Substance users are Sony, Activision, Ubisoft and Capcom.
I'm gonna put this guy down for a while as I'm not happy with where he's going. Maybe later. Just fan art, so copyright Capcom and all that. I own nothing of the design.
yeah man, and there were several parts of the fight when all i could think about was marvel vs capcom combo moves lol. Ironman's beam + Cap's shield = fucking WIN.
Man, I literally just created an account just to tell you how AWESOME your work is. This is so cool I actually think you should work with Capcom! Great design, man, keep up the good work!!!
he seems like a bit of a bad ass in MvC 3 [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4hDjttNGgYA"]Rocket Raccoon Character Vignette - Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 - YouTube[/ame]
[ QUOTE ] Goddam arms. [/ QUOTE ] Looks really nice cheapy, but you do realize that you can not place a derivative work like that (as it is based on a capcom design) under the GPL and is thus incompatible with OpenArena?
