I heard a talk by someone from EPIC towards the end of last year and the UDK version of Unreal 4 was planned for around this summer. Did say things could change though.

well, what to say... damnit, it looks fantabulous. now that i was getting "good" with unreal 3... :\ what do you guys think, any chances of udk based on unreal 4?

It's possible it'll be a closed release of udk until they get some games out, a year after the first udk 4 release wouldn't be too long of a wait to get your hands on the engine.

aargh I never go on gametrailers anymore cause of the long unskippable ads :( it was a nice 4 second video, lots of dof and motion blur so I cant see much but I guess thats the future :)
