Think I am done with this Temple Tomb scene. It was a good learning experience in modular design and I was able to make a lot of mistakes in which to learn from. Hi! First post on Polycount :) Here are two plates made for a sci fi project I'm doing with another game artist. You will hear about this project this year :) Them are part of a modular "framework" of assets. I stopped the texture for now, until we have a better overview on the entire set.
Been working on a modular-ish UDK project with as few materials as possible, so I've been making some tilable mats for my props. One of them that has been a blast to fiddle with is bronze/patina'd bronze. WIP! Been badly needing some realistically textured junk to fill that hole in my portfolio...
Just re-did some of the texturing on this little dude. Used that object space normal green and blue channels for lighting trick that I read in one of these threads around here.
