"The ring and S. Kubrick" http://vimeo.com/7428434 Made for class "experimental videos" and the theme was computer related. A video made only using the computer, brought my experimental doodles to life. Took about six hours.
Scudz: looove the concept, especially the proportions. I think you could push the sculpt's proportions more, to match the concept. rooster: i'd love to see what your crazy new concepting method is all about. :D was doodling a texture flat today while at work, inbetween level work... got home and decided to doodle up a…
Hey guys! Not had much time for personal work lately, but managed an hour or two of doodling in PS. I found some cool kanji calligraphy online and worked them into some Japanese-inspired characters designs: Cheers, Nick.
I'm pretty bored, so to not lose too much 3D skills I started 3D-doodling my house: Next step into Unreal to try some light setups. ScoobyDoofus: Nice, I like how you sculpted the beard.
Started sub-division modelling this (like Havok, looks good btw), out of necessity since my comp can't handle the amount of polys for sculpting. It started as a single drape then I doodled my way to this, just seeing how it goes, it's quite fun.
I've been ill this week but almost better now. Started on some huge chunks of codestuffs which was doing my head in so I took a break from Multivaders and doodled a tim-burtony-style sketch for some music I've been working on: mp3 it was made for
smedjeback, nice set piece. Have you considered creating a damaged version and perhaps putting it in the game? RobG, very nice "doodles", great looking. Here's a sculpt I did today. I haven't seen Lilo & Stitch and it didn't inspire the model, but it did end up with a resemblance.
Hey guys! Here's something I did last night. I took a rough sculpt into photoshop and tried to paint it up in a John Singer Sargent oil paint type of a way: It's loosely based on a civil war general named Benjamin Butler. Here's the original doodle and the rough sculpt: Cheers, Nick.
Heh thanks, The weird crop is a combination of a couple things. First, it was made in Artrage, was just doodling so his torso cuts off where the edge of the canvas was. As for horizontally, i had to add some width to make it 1024 wide like the rest of my website. Not surprised it may seem like an odd crop in the end.
Yea Rob make your own thread! Your site doesn't have anything like this stuff you show us, makes it hard to show you to other friends! Sniper I'll hold him down, you start the thread on his PC. GO! (or at least put them in a doodle section of your site)
