Maybe I was talking out of my arse but that's how I believe Cybortmatt explained it when people asked for there to be an option to not use the themed maps from the holiday events.
The new heroes made available in the Spring Cleaning patch are now listed on the tech requirements page. I believe the new ones are Terrorblade, Magnus, Timbersaw, Treant, Venomancer
VII. I believe the glow on kotl is particle effects. The texture glow doesn't affect suroundings (don't quote me on that). This may help: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Attachment
It was in a Dota news update. I believe it was more vague though like: 'sets or items'... Who knows with Valve, could have been hinting singles, and/OR wards/Couriers
Yeah I agree with Vayne on this, although I believe this might be because of the strands of grey, try to reduce those a bit and I think it'll look way better.
Thanks man. I believe those tools are in Zbrush. This is the last part I'm currently working with. As a beginner, I only use Sculptris. Mainly for normal mapping and base for textures. :)
Snowstorm, Pipotchi - Fantastic stuff! Really great direction for both. as a side note, I still can't believe Valve doesn't have a way to combine sets into one icon yet on the workshop. :|
Do you really believe that armor was designed to appeal to women? Edit: Oh, well I actually can't think of a single male hero that's sexualized at all... AM maybe? But the fohawk ruins that :P
Here's a single I'm about done with for the event. Having another custom particle effect done for this one. After this I got an enchantress hair to do and then I'm done with CNY items I believe.
