It looks like you baked your normals with mirrored/overlapped UVs. When you have overlapping UVs you have to move them out of 0:1 or just bake one half of the mesh.

i dont know if that is you problem, but the opacity just on the max values, like 100% or 0% you need to have an alpha channel on your texture and you need to enable $aplhatest 1 on the vtm file Cheers!

Zalakzik: looks verry cool :) , Its nice that you can use the same shader as his body to make it look like running water . I tried to make some items for him but I had 0 inspiration .

Your normal green channel might be inverted. Your bakes looks a bit wierd. Also make the metal parts 0 in mask2 green. I think the rim light might be also causing some problems? maybe?

I've been trying to import my model with the ingame importer just to see my item but the poly budget listed for witch doctor is 0 and when I try to import the item it fails and says I've exceeded the budget... dafuq?
