I'd definitely consider doubling up some of the mesh shells. Even for a hero asset this is considered normal in games. I'd at the very least mirror the wheels. -

It's not about perks, nor effort. It's about ease of exploitation. As long as there's a line of eager cannon fodder, there will be blood for spilling. It's shit, but that's the reason this has continued, and will continue. -

I believe you just offset the the shells by 1 unit. The easiest way to do this is with a script like UV Deluxe which is free on creative crash. -
