update on the adjustments to the face trying to implement the basic forms of human anatomy as previous feedback told me that the sculpt was lacking as well I tried to fix the lumpiness in the face.
bit of progress with the face, started again basically used more reference images and the planes of the face, i think it looks a lot better now, still working on it though
Well, Im not sure If EQ has made a serious stab at the face or not. But If he has then yeah, the plane of the nose that faces forward is too narrow. It's fairly wide in Milla.

Set the selection mode in the 3D viewport to Face Select. In the UV editor use the UV > Show / Hide Faces > Hide Unselected command to transfer UV island selections to the mesh in the 3D viewport.
Check the smoothinggroups/topology of your wall stones. A slight warping isn't a bad thing for realism, but they look like the flat faces all equally have a small influence from the neighboring faces.
I actually quite like the face, I think it's his goal to make her look a bit creepy. =) Looking good ! And I agree with slosh crit about the mini tibbers face.
