at the tittle screen, press Y it's a Ubisoft hub for all their upcoming games. you can spend the Upoints you unlock in game for in-game items, areas, or xbox themes. -

Search for UDK/UT3 Tiled shot. Cant remember the exact command but it will allow you to make a massive resolution image so your not just limited to Print Screen. -

Re: fixing a scratched Contiq
The Cintiq screen is tempered glass with a thin, anti-glare film on top. I'm not sure you can buff that out, it might just wear out the film in that spot.
