Here are the UV's. There is a shell border where the cylinder attaches. But the faceting goes up past two edge loops beyond the border.

You have to upgrade the spear weapon. That and with the headshot bonus. It's deadly. What I found mostly useless was the (stock) shotgun shells.

A uv shell isnt allowed to cross a UDIM border. And substance cant paint udims at the same time. Only one by one.

maybe add some slight blood or gunk on the dock part. The owner obviously fishes there, so spilling stuff would be reasonable

It would appear your smoothing groups and UV shells are not the same, therefore the normal map isn't going to interpolate the seams properly. :)

They just look like sculpted cylinders to me....I would just strip model them, apply a shell modifier, then sculpt.
