out of all the amazing games I'm excited that are coming out.. Mass Effect 3, Skyrim, Uncharted 3, Witcher 2, Yakuza of the End, Dead Island, Deus Ex... Not one of those games can match my excitement for Dark Souls. SO STOKED!
Yeah they pile up, but it has some positive effects too, you can play GOTY editions, get discounts, DLCs are already released, most bugs are fixed and you are more likely to meet the hardware requirements. My current "new" game is Witcher 3.
Considering the content of games like Witcher 3.etc, would an animation recruiter have a problem receiving a reel with one animation pertaining to adult content among others? Also how do they deal with this matter in studio? Would you pull up references that are not safe at work at work?
I'm looking forward to this, I hope it wont have all the same rubbish as Dirt 2. Overinflated menu system and stupid rewards and voices telling you how great you are. I dont like the sound of twitchy controls, hopefully it isnt as bad as some are making out.

I've been working on another modular dungeon for some time now. Compared to the previous project, I made it very difficult to add vertex painting blend and parallax occlusion. There will be a lot more props. This time the main source of inspiration was Gothic architecture and Witcher 3. Key references: Here's what's at the…
How the process of texturing and rendering high poly models look like? I'm talking about realistic high quality rendered images not game models. For example Geralt in The Witcher 3 game box cover. Is this a Zbrush model textured and rendered? But how to texture without UVmapping? Can someone clarify these things for me?
