https://www.reddit.com/r/StableDiffusion/comments/13lcv91/bringing_360_worlds_to_life_with_a_sketch/ This one here's getting a lot of hype too but behind all those flashy generated assets and decors, there's a lock of control and fine tuning. The biggest questio now is how will all those AI tools give back that kind of…
It still doesn't appeal to me just yet. Looks like we have two camps so far, those that don't see anything they can connect to yet and don't plan on seeing it and those that think it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. I'll check it on on rental. I think the majority of the talk is in the new '3D' talks being applied…
I have really enjoyed using modo from 601 and the foundry did do their best to keep moving the software forward but 901 has been a complete slap in the face and a completely different attitude has shown it's ugly face. Basically if you bought 901 you where duped into being a "beta" tester and of course the fan boys will…
http://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/ready-at-dawn-to-launch-dev-platform Looks like Ready At Dawn is launching some kind of game creation/editing environment that is integrated into Maya. Anyone know anything about this, or to what extent its integrated with Maya? They make it sound like its pretty extensive but I'm just…
Oh come on, they're a couple of kids. They have all these new experiences in front of them.....they probably haven't even had sex yet....besides with each other. I think I'm too jaded. I did not get that emotional. I think they believed in the 'hype' too much.
mojo: but the term normal map is actually descriptive to what a normal map does, and they have, in fact, made something of a difference about how a game looks. they might have been hyped up a lot, but it is at least a real technology. MEGATEXTURE on the other hand is totally awesome and totally unstoppable!
i am sure this movie will be a giant steaming pile, but think of the positives, i am sure to hype up the film they will release an uber special edition of the original with 9 bonus behind the scenes blu rays, a leather bound version of the manga, and an akira bike, i cant wait.
Doesn't take a genius to work out.....if you look at the job pages, they've hired a large amount of people in the last three months, the e3 was a demo, to get cash and hype for the game they make after....same with watch dogs, same with far cry 2 and assassins creed 1.
i'm off to see it in a bit i've always hated when people (usually piss-annoying journalists in the godawful gossip magazines i'm forced to read when my girlfriend leaves them carelessly around the house) blather on about "hype" and wheel out the same old chich
I disagree with The Wire. I'm halfway through s5, and am just forcing myself to finish it off. It's been a struggle, but I've stuck with it just because of all the hype. Lately I've been spending all my TV time on the Satellite of Love watching bad old movies.
