1.2 Hour speedpaint in photoshop. This was originally just sketching a skip based on a type ofish, but I ended up in the painting mood. Any crits would DEFINITELY be appreciated.

cool. I'd make the upward cut @ 178 more vertical so she more or less lands at the same spot instead of some distance back, then do the spin action starting from the landing crouch same way as the ref.
A low poly sand rock I made a while ago. Wanted to make a few for a desert ruin or something. It has 142 tri's. Im having a hard time making detailed rocks like those I see here.
You just don't want the competiton :) Yeah , seriously, when I worked for a school one student in one term paid my yearly salary, I'm not sure where the money went from the other 179 students a year...
There's also the xNormal plugins for Photoshop, and the older Nvidia tools. Both convert heightmaps to normal maps (black: low areas; 127 grey: no Z change; white: high areas).
