Not a bad list. I know ~10 of the people on it and have worked directly with a few of them, all of whom were badasses. However, I've never heard a single one of them talk about the AI or admit they ever went there, even in discussions about schools and the Art Institute. That's not much of a data point, but I was surprised… -

yep agree on the circles and a pixel grid would really be good. knowing how big a pixel is on the final texture is still pretty important to me/us -

3ds Max snapping by itself
My 3ds max is snapping by itself when I try to move in the viewport, moving by 350 units each time... snapping is off and my grid size is set to 32 only. -

Some of those things look like you poorly auto-gridded them on, might wanna straighten them out to match the curvature of the ship better. -

This looks great already :) Very modular. Also like the grid. Are you doing anything for the foreground? Right now it just cuts off. Or is that now in view? -

Are you on patch 2 ? I forget if one of the patches addressed this. If everything is up to date and it is still the same , you might have to switch to the floor grids -

I am exporting to Substance Painter 2. Yeah would be an idea, but the other thing that it is not in the right center as well, because the downside is laying completely on the grid. -
