The lost link was: http://blog.davr.org/page/3/ Keep the info coming! And Per-bram-eris, can't wait to hear news from you when you get your bundle delivered. Edit - just found this: http://dev-scene.com
What is there to do alone near Marina Del Ray? I walked around but I can't think of anything else to really do... Other than spend money at a shop. I just don't have anything to really do tomorrow.
yep I was never happy with ati cards, always some driver issue or weirdness going on. so yeah I will go for a nvidia but am not that fussed about waiting. just need something now that isn't 'too' dear, but does the job
I'm actually quite curious as to which game engines incorporate gloss mapping. This might be irrelevant to the original poster's intent, but this is a game art forum so I thought I'd ask. I've been out of the game dev loop for awhile.
Yeah, I agree. It was another dev telling me they knew for a fact that was 'ingame footage' and I have been telling them for months that it was all cinematic.. :) What we were looking at was the volumetric explosions, back when we first watched it.
I agree with Verm to a point here. Roids are not going to make you kill someone. Hell a roid, whiskey , and cocaine cocktail wont make you kill your wife either. Give a lunatic a Mt Dew though and look out.
I don't think we've ever had any issues with the the 360 at our place. closest was when i thought the controller was broke, but it turned out the ddr pad was still plugged in and folded up in a corner, causing buttons to constantly push
They all have huge glaring drawbacks that leave me scratching my head. If both can't be supported then its a weak tech/dev department. You're tying down the art dept in a useless way and limiting the talent pool they can fish in.
I don't mind doing them too much, if its just for one character at a time but when it gets to be hundreds, it becomes too hard to keep track. Rhonokey - that sounds about typical of the organisation for a typical games dev here in the uk:)
Haha. Wow, Hynerians and fishy face seem to look a bit alike. It's not intentional, I don't think.=) Like I said, def take al ook at the mesh and see what could be done about this sagginess in general... we will see.
