This is only necessary when your lowpoly mesh it too lowpoly and there are no verts at the place of highpoly details. The ray direction upon baking will go along average normal directions. This has come along a bit since I've seen it last. The windows are still one of the weaker elements visually, this could be down to both the texture and material needing work. For now I'd ignore the larger idea of a scene and focus on the building until you're 100% happy. I'd still recommend looking at Assassin's Creed… -

I love how every one assumes that paying taxes is a bad thing... If you have cancer in europe (not the UK) you wont have to sell your house or your children's kidneys to pay for the meds.... in France a senior gets about 2500-3000 euros, it can go higher with experience or if you're really awesome and market yourself well… -
