Wow, I just downloaded it, and its 1000000000 times better than Maya's native vertex color tool.. I like how you can convert mayas textures to vertex color...
hahah yeah, its essentially the same, except 10000000x more convenient! You just browse games across the sea of inter-tubes and hop in one that has slots!
