hard to say, it is really hard to get any information based on fact at all with this> seems all information involving it has a very big bias on it, and cant really be trusted. like in the last video that was linked, parts of it must be outright wrong or exaggerated.
Excellent Ruz! If this is an actual job-hunting portfolio, i'd say you should scrap the misc and ps2 galleries. They don't help much, and in fact could hurt your chances if people skip past your far-superior new work.
I like the layout of the site and the fact that you put your artwork right out there for potential employers. However, your resume needs some work and has some typos in it. Most employers won't look past a single typo in a resume.
Saw this on the sift and felt it was related to the cool link Cochtl provided. SHows a morphing from past to more present of womens faces in old paintings over the last 500 years. http://www.videosift.com/video/Women-In-Art-500yrs-of-portraits pace!
slum- know what you mean about the presentation, but im always aware of wasting time presenting something ive not finished yet. esp with the little time i have and im always posting last thing at night ;-) anyways marmalade
Yeah, but why would you end up with such a nasty mess of topology in the first place? I've used LW in the past and have used Modo for the last 5 or so years, and I wouldn't ever really have this problem in either.
My only comment would be on that last pic, the wagon. You have edges going up and down the side of the main body that are contributing nothing to the silhouette. If it's a game mesh, it's a waste of polygons. Other than that, I really like the axe.
[ QUOTE ] Larry Brantley is the only other person I wouldn't mind playing tasslehoff. [/ QUOTE ] I think the fact that I was kinda hoping they'd cast David Hasslehoff as the kender means this might not be a movie aimed at my demographic...
Yeah, you know, I never got past the fact that Steam was dreadful for people on dial up. UPGRADING IS OBLIGATORY. So I dropped playing HL2 and whinged a lot. May have to go back and give it another go.
hehe, when you put it that way.... Find which one suits your tastes I think is sound enough advice tho. Ignore the multiple apps bit, MightyPea has a point, it will just confuse you and waste time.
