Just make yourself a linear colour profile http://maddieman.wordpress.com/2009/06/23/gamma-correction-and-linear-colour-space-simplified/ Then open your exr, swap into the linear profile, tone map down to 8/16 bit then swap back into the sRGB profile -

I don't recognize 01 and I thought I knew all characters. Who's that again? And 06, is that Little Finger without hair? They all look really great, but Tyron looks older and the facial features aren't quite right. But you do recognize who it is though. -

Yeah don't go PowerPC whatever you do, almost nothing supports that architecture now. You should be ok though, I think they made the Intel switch in like 05/06 so you shouldn't really be looking at 6 year old Macs anyway. -

Very cool. Good to hear about more precise selections too. Now that might sound like an unrelated nitpick but ... the preference menu taking near to a second to load up (5:06) is somewhat worrisome. What's up with that ? It seems like the UI is just not keeping up ... -
