As for the "points" Irritant made... As I stated, the efforts that they (aka. local and state offices) tried to make were underfunded from the federal government. All local government can do is provide a plan, make a case, and ask for money when a project is beyond their scope. It has been mentioned in several articles… -

Rick is right, many Menu interfaces have a load time. Fry Cry had a 3D beach scene fly-by in the background of its menu. That stuff takes time to load. Maybe it would be nice if they put a small load bar at the bottom if the movie/trailer is being used as a catchy load screen. If the bar hits full it will let you skip what… -
