Honestly I'd like to see a Spec remodel before THD :P I think Zeus is way too generic, and perhaps Slardar needs a hi-def update. I quite like Viper as he is though :/
Heres another update, I've made her uvs into 3 different pieces, body, clothing, and accessories her weapon will be another. Put her in marmoset with color, normal, gloss/spec and AO, will continue detailing her :)
Another thing to think about is if you really want to shoot for the 4s as your target spec, or if it might be better to ensure people not on the bleeding edge are still able to run the game/app at anything faster than slideshow.
The detail work looks very sharp and clean. Put some general wear and tear on the armor textures and with the spec map this should turn out to be a really cool piece. Definitely need to see some larger render. ;)
This is our Game that we are working on. Keep in mind that this is only my test version so its not the actual version we are working on as of right now. I added a Spec map to the building and scailed the conditioners down a notch.
Windows are too dirty, play it smart if you want dirty windows do it more from gloss map rather than the spec, and less less evident.Some of them look like a dirty metal foil imho.
I was wondering. Since your going for handpainted style and you paint the highlights in. So are you only relying purely by diffuse? No spec or normals? Do you find trouble when it comes to lighting ur environment?
Oh sweet, I haven't updated RHS in awhile, I'll have to do that. And fair enough; I suppose going from metalness to spec/gloss is quite simple. I quite like metalness as well for working.

my wife(ex) had it done a few years ago and I would recommend it to anyone. 98 percent success rate. She has excellent vision now after wearing specs her whole life.
