That forest scene could really use some color in the shadows, and some secondary color in general. The green dominating along with the grey rocks makes the scene appear monochromatic. Actually it does matter. At the end of the day it's about the tools. You cannot chop wooden logs with a stick. No matter what Mudbox releases, it's always going to look to me like MS Paint, whereas ZBrush is Photoshop. Because everytime I load up Mudbox, I feel like I went back 2 years worth of 'already featured' features.… -

im not motivated to learn how to cut and tan leather and therefore i dont do it. im motivated to make silly models and textures for games for god knows what reason so i do that all the time even though it would probably make more sense to do other things like program computers or build a log cabin deep in the woods away… -

I really just thought it was a stack of burning logs. When you're trying to make a more unique object like a space ship, it would be a good idea to add more details and material changes. Right now it looks like you just threw a tiling texture over the whole thing, and it isn't reading well. Your website doesn't make sense… -
