Living in the states is only as bad for your health as you make it. I live in the states, in a major city, and I'm just as able to bicycle to work. Well, the odds are you'll get what you pay for as far as that goes. I'd seriously look into the university stuff, it'll probably be cheapest. Also, I have a friend who went to PAVI, I think he paid around 18,000. -
