Pretty damned cool! It should be noted that heat refraction has a much higher frequency noise ala It also "sticks" to the ground, as it's a function of temperature difference (ground soaks up sun, gets extra hot versus air well above the ground). Still, good job overall. -

Aha now that is something that make sense, yea I try to keep my material count to as low as possible for optimization but havent seen info on modern day material count (ubisoft, naughty dog, blizzard etc) most we see are modular assets with texture atlas haha. -

When was real-time ray tracing done in Movie production, since this is the first time it's ever being done to decent quality? Do you mean real-time feedback using a Ray Tracer in Movie Production aka Redshift or Prorender? Similar words, whole different meaning. -

I don't recall any reprogramming being possible in Cyberpunk 2020, but the cyborg bodies did take a human brain as control. Cyberpunk 203X introduced the ability to control a body remotely via the net and Ghosts (pysche detached from bodies, uploaded to the net) ala Ghost in the Shell. -

Aha, I've been away again, but I've been working. Mostly on improving concept art, but I have another model I've been working on. I've also been working on an RPG with a few local IGDA members. More to come on that as I get past super sketches. -

Aah, ok, I shall look into doing the portals. I plan to pretty much only use the sun to light my secene (unless I really need to use fill/bounce lights), what benefits does the visarea give me? Does it improve lighting at all? -

hey pior, for another jolt of retro-stopmo fun, get a coupla pounds of plasticene and do some real-world morphing (aka "claymation"). my very first animation was in 8mm, clay monsters on the dining room table, a story probably common to many Harryhausen wannabees of the day -

I don't like the wheels at all. The tiretread is too light in comparison to the rest of the rubber. And well if youre gonna see this tank from far aay i wouldnt bother spending more polies on the wheels. If not then its best to give them more depth like jaco said:) -

Notice that Michael apologized to Ana Lucia before he shot her? That leads me to believe it is part of a plan to see / get Walt back. If he had been brainwashed I don't think he would have said he was sorry before he shot her.
