Hello People! I don't know if many of you have played the multiplayer from AC3 but here is the character I did for this game mode. If you have any questions about the specs ^^ I'll be happy to tell you what I can!
hey guys I decided to make this vending machine based on a picture i got from CG Textures. could i please have some critiques. I havent done the spec map yet How does it look guys?
hi guys now i'm working on a castle environement from inside in this scene i'm not using normal map .. just diffuse and some spec map so i need some feedback :) ... Pic : the scene need more details ... any ideas ? cc welcome ^^
Trying to a get a few more mundane props knocked out, heres the current one: Concept: WIPS: I'll probably be adding another grunge pass and reworking some of the spec (i'll post my current maps and screen grabs momentarily). Crits always welcome and appreciated.
Could you post your systeme specs please. I crash maybe once a week and i use maya 8h a day. There are two things that make maya crashhappy and thats weak hardware and stone old prefs.
I wonder why wouldn't Pixologic just make it spec color channel in usual PBR way, exportable to textures . or maybe just roughness. Wouldn't it be much more helpful instead of this Material channel nobody really use
was that the high-poly that you had textured? Looks super legit! love it! The one thing that kills me is the carbon overlay texture on his shoulder. That and how shiny he is. A ton of spec in there. Kick ass work though!
Cool, cool. I like the cleanness, but even something brand new has a few dings and scratches. A little grunge would go a long way in tying the whole thing together (especially in the spec map.) Nice work!
With spec. Made the metal pop a bit better, but its not fantastic. :( Suggestions? Also dirtied him up a bit, and added chafe where armor meets skin..definitely helped ,ake such an extreme costume seem more possible.
