I think the cheeks could be rounded more, and add more to the sides of the face to make it rounder. I would push in the bridge of the nose on him as it gets closer to the eyebrows. Also it might help if you raised his brow a bit. More work on the texture will help too, but I'm no expert on that either. It looks good…
